How do I get help?

Email support@invoiceharbour.com.au with as much detail as you can: your business name, what you were trying to do, and a screenshot if something looked wrong. The more we have, the faster we can help.

I can’t log in to my account.

Head to app.invoiceharbour.com and use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. If you still can’t get in, email support and we’ll sort it out with you.

How do I connect my finance system?

How is my data handled?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored in Australia. See our security page and privacy policy for the detail.
