How it works

Every line on a supplier invoice carries its Support at Home ID, pre-filled from the vendor’s default and confirmed in review. The ID and the path behind it are shown with the line, so a wrong code is caught in review instead of coming back after the supplier has been paid.

    • A default per vendor is applied to new and unmatched lines
    • An ID is required on every line before a client-billable invoice can publish
    • An invoice marked as a business expense goes to your finance system only, with no coding and no client
    • The coding is visible in review, so a wrong code is fixed before it reaches the claim

The list of services that can be delivered and funded under Support at Home, published by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. It groups services into three categories: clinical supports, independence and everyday living. The category decides whether the participant contributes. Assistive technology and home modifications sit within independence and are funded through the separate AT-HM scheme.
